30-40 pcs should be enough for about 1 standard 60" round table.

then we would make sure there is 1/3 of the name confetti, 1/3 of the confetti rounds and 1/3 of the shapes or icons.
 
How Much Confetti Do I Need?
50 pieces — Best for a light decorative scatter or accent on one table.
100 pieces — Creates a fuller scatter for one table or can be lightly divided between a couple of smaller areas.
150 pieces — Approximately 1.25 cups of confetti; estimated to provide a light scatter across 4–5 standard banquet tables.
200 pieces — A more generous amount for larger displays or multiple party areas.
300 pieces — Approximately 2.5 cups of confetti; estimated to provide a light scatter across 9–10 standard banquet tables.
Coverage is approximate and varies depending on table size, desired fullness and the mix of shapes included.
 
Party Styling Tip
Repeat a few of the same Carnival colors and motifs across the surrounding table or display for a layered look without needing every piece to match exactly.
